Tarleton: Played one year at Tarleton for head coach Billy Gillespie...Saw action in nine game with 76 minutes...Averaged 3.3 points with 1.1 rebounds...Made season-high 10 against Southwestern Adventist. 

LSU: Redshirted his junior year at LSU for head coach Will Wade...Practiced all season with the Tigers where the team went 21-10 and finished second in the SEC standings.
 
LSU Eunice: Played one season at LSU Eunice for his father, Byron Starks, who is the head coach...Appeared in 26 games with 25 starts as a sophomore...Averaged 13.1 points and made 33 3-pointers as a sophomore while claiming first team All-LCCAC honors...Posted 3.7 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game...Scored a season-high 25 points against South Arkansas Tech.
 
Northwestern State: Played his freshman season for Northwestern State in Natchitoches, Louisiana for head coach Mike McConathy...Appeared in 27 games and averaged 1.6 points and 1.1 rebounds...Recorded three starts and registered 9.5 minutes per game...Scored a season-high six points at Stephen F. Austin.
 
Lafayette Christian Academy: Played five years and was a team captain at Lafayette Christian Academy for his father, Byron Starks, who was the head coach...Also competed four years in track for coach Billy Badon...led Lafayette Christian Academy to the 2017 Division IV state championship with a 27-3 record...Named second team all-state after averaging 12.2 points...During his four-year high school career, Starks made the state tournament Final Four all four years with two state finals berths...Never lost a district game during his four varsity seasons while claiming all-district honors three times and was an all-state selection...Also excelled in the class room as a National Honor Society member...In track, was a district and regional champion...Ran a 10.7 in the 100M and 22.3 in the 200M.
