Biography

About: Hayes returns for his second stint with the Hillcats where he ran a personal best 28:28 in the 8k and 4:24 in the 1500m. He joined the Hillcat cross country team after helping lead the Owasso Rams to a team fourth place finish at state. Ryan was named most improved cross country runner for the Rams as a senior. When not running he also serves as the Hunter the Hillcat mascot for sporting events with the cheerleading squad. Hayes said he chose RSU because “it’s close to home and the new cross country program.”
