Biography

About: Rios averaged 10 points and five rebounds per game for Jacksonville College as a sophomore in 2007-08. Originally from Panama City, Panama, Rios starred for three years at Institute Comercial Panama before coming to the U.S. She said she chose RSU “because they gave me a great opportunity.”
 
Williams on Rios: Silvia is a very aggressive and strong forward that brings intensity to the court each time she steps onto it. She plays with passion and has the ability to raise the level of intensity for the whole team. She is competitive and will be a great presence in the paint for us.
