CLAREMORE, Okla. – The Rogers State men's golf program and head coach Steve Brown have announced the complete spring schedule for the upcoming 2021 season.
 
Rogers State has added five tournaments to the spring 2021 schedule, along with three postseason events, for a total of eight events. The Hillcats had three tournaments this fall canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
The Hillcats will open up the schedule in defense of the Jack Brown Memorial victory from last season. Rogers State won the team and individual titles at the event last season. The Jack Brown Memorial will be held at the Laredo Country Club, hosted by Texas A&M International, in Laredo, Texas on February 8-9.
 
Rogers State will then have over a month off before another title defense, as the Hillcats host the Hillcat Classic at Bailey Ranch Golf Club. Rogers State won the event in 2019 and it was canceled last season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This season's Hillcat Classic, a dual event with the men and women, will be held on March 15-16.
 
The Hillcats will have two more events in March, staring with the Lion Invite at the Trophy Club Country Club. The event, hosted by Texas A&M – Commerce, will be on March 22-23.
 
The following week will see a trip to Kansas City, as the Hillcats attend the NCAA Central Region Preview at the Shoal Creek Golf Course on March 29-30. The Shoal Creek Golf Course will be the site of the NCAA Division II Central Regional in May.
 
Rogers State will wrap up the regular season on April 12-13, as the Hillcats travel to the Muskogee Country Club for the Northeastern State Spring Classic in the final tune up before the MIAA Championships.
 
The 2021 MIAA Conference Championship event will be held April 19-20. The event will be held at the Shangri La Resort in Monkey Island, Oklahoma.
 
The NCAA Central Region Championship will run from May 3-5 and the NCAA Division II National Championships are set to take place at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida from May 17-21.
