CLAREMORE, Okla. – The Rogers State Athletic Department is happy to announce its partnership with INFLCR, a Teamwork product. Rogers State joins INFLCR which helps over 250 different athletic departments.
"Rogers State is excited to partner with INFLCR,"
Dr. Chris Ratcliff, RSU Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics, said. "They have helped student-athletes and athletic departments navigate the NCAA's NIL rules and we look forward to working with them."
INFLCR will help Rogers State student-athletes navigate the new Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rules that allow them to profit off themselves. The NCAA approved the current NIL policy rules, and they became official in the summer of 2021.
Since the rules are new and unfamiliar territory for all student-athletes, INFLCR provides the tools to help them navigate the uncharted landscape of NIL.
INFLCR's personalized reporting allows RSU student-athletes to track their social media follower growth and social media engagement metrics. RSU student-athletes will also have real-time content access from their provided by RSU staff members and external media partners through the INFLCR app so they can share content to their personal social media channels.
"We're thrilled to provide RSU student-athletes with one platform to grow their personal brands and NIL business," said INFLCR Founder Jim Cavale. "Now, current and future RSU student-athletes will be confident when capitalizing on their NIL in a space that would otherwise be unfamiliar."
INFLCR is designed to provide student-athletes and staff with the necessary information and tools on anything and everything with NIL rules. Student-athletes will be able to manage their brand while allowing athletic departments to monitor their student-athletes.

INFLCR Core How It Works
INFLCR's platform helps college athletic departments deliver internally produced content and national media content to personalized galleries for each of their student-athletes, coaches and other brand ambassadors via the INFLCR mobile app, providing them with full editorial rights to access and share this content to their personal social media accounts. INFLCR metrics provide team staff with the ability to measure and showcase the increased audience engagement coming from the exponentially larger collective audience of those student-athletes and brand ambassadors. Student-Athletes can access a personalized metrics dashboard in their INFLCR app to understand their social media brand growth and NIL fair market value. College athletic departments use this approach to bolster their online presence in a way that impacts event attendance, recruiting, fundraising, and other strategic goals.
