WINONA, Minn. – Rogers State men's golf wrapped up the first day of the NCAA Midwest/Central Regional Preview on Tuesday.

After 18 holes at the Par 71, 6,804-yard The Bridges Golf Club, the Hillcats sit in eighth place with a card of 301 (+17).

Daniel Robles is tied for the lead after shooting 71 (E) in the opening round. The sophomore drained three birdies in the round.

Ty Nicar sits in a large group of 11 tied at 34th with a card of 76 (+5).
Elliot-Han Monteremal and
Tyler Cornwell are in a large group of 13 tied at 45th with both shooting 77 (+6).
Jack Roche rounds out the squad in a four-way tie for 73rd with a card of 82 (+11).

The Hillcats will close out the tournament with the final round tomorrow. The second round is scheduled to begin with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m.
