EDMOND, Okla. – Rogers State men's golf completed the first day of competition at the NCAA Super Regional Preview on Monday.

With play suspended due to darkness and approximately four holes left to play in the second round at the Par 70, 6,944 yard Kickingbird Golf Course, the Hillcats sit in sixth place with a card of 500 (+4). They are currently eight strokes behind the leader, Central Oklahoma, at -4.

Daniel Robles Delval leads the team in a tie for fifth place after shooting a total of 120 (-4) with four holes left to play. The junior tied the single round school record in the first round as he shot a -7 (63) which matched Luke Palmowski, who set the record in 2021 and again in 2022.

Tyler Collier sits two strokes behind in a five-way tie for 11th with a total card of 126 (-2) with three holes left to play.
Thomas Barnes Grimes sits in a five-way tie for 32nd with a total score of 123 (+3) with five holes left to play.
Tyler Cornwell sits in a large group of 13 tied at 56th with a total score of 131 (+7) with four holes left to play.
Elliot-Han Monteremal rounds out the group in a three-way tie for 97th with a total score of 144 (+16) with three holes left to play.

The Hillcats will wrap up the second round at 8 a.m. tomorrow and immediately begin the third and final round of the tournament.
