BOLIVAR, Mo. – Rogers State women's golf wrapped up competition at the MIAA Championships on Wednesday.

After three rounds at the par 72, 5,864 yard Silo Ridge Country Club, the Hillcats finished in second place for the second-straight season with a card of 916 (+52).

Marelda Ayal earned All-Tournament honors as she led RSU in a three-way tie for third after shooting 225 (+9), just two strokes behind the individual champion. The senior sank nine birdies across the 54 holes.

Lydia Sitorus finished in a three-way tie for seventh with a card of 228 (+12).
Kristin Gudmundsdottir finished in a three-way tie for 16th with a 232 (+16).
Lauren Anderson finished in a three-way tie for 30th with a 237 (+30). After subbing in for
Jessica Osden,
Brianna Maddux shot a 76 (+4) in her only round of the tournament, contributing to the overall team score.

The Hillcats will continue their postseason journey on May 6-8 as they host the NCAA Division II Central Region Championships in Bartlesville, Okla. at Hillcrest Country Club.
