BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – The Rogers State men's golf 'A' team concluded the opening day of the Tulsa Cup in 17th place with a score of 595 (+19), while the 'B' team sits in 11th place after posting a score of 586 (+10) at Indian Springs Country Club on Monday.
In team race, Central Missouri is leading the way with a score of 557 (-19) after 36 holes. Harding resides in second (-16) and Arkansas-Fort Smith is in third (-8).
Sophomore
Miguel Mora, who represented the Hillcats on their second team, was lights out on the cloudy and at times frigid day. The native of Gigon, Spain, had a career day with a two-round score of 143 (-1) that placed him tied for 18th. He played exceptionally well in round two with 69 (-3), where he collected birdies on holes 1, 5, 11 and 18.
Also, on the 'B' team, freshman Ben Fields II played well, finishing with a score of 145 (+1), which featured a -4 in the opening round that consisted of six birdies. Freshman
Thomas Richardson (+2) ended the day tied for 39th, while senior
Maddox Bullen (+9) is tied for 87th and sophomore
Bo Gentry (+10) is in 91st place.

Aiden Deng and junior
Dylan Ros lead the way for the 'A' team after collecting two-round scores of 148 (+4) to finish the day tied for 52nd. Senior
Tyler Collier (+6) and sophomore
Callum Brown (+6) are tied for 67th, and freshman
Kobsak Phisitbuntoon (+7) is in 79th.
RSU men's golf will conclude the Tulsa Cup tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.
