CLAREMORE, Okla. – Rogers State men's basketball tip-off time against Southern Arkansas at the Claremore Expo Center has been moved back an hour to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22. The original start time for the non-conference clash was initially set for 3 p.m.
