INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The NCAA Division II office named Rogers State University its Student-Athlete Advisor Committee (SAAC) Make-A-Wish Spotlight for October 2026.
The recognition follows the university's support for the Division II Make-A-Wish initiative. During its homecoming celebration, RSU hosted a "Cruisin' for Wishes" benefit car show, food booths and a pass-the-bucket fundraiser. All proceeds benefited Make-A-Wish Oklahoma to help grant wishes.
Four Make-A-Wish children joined SAAC members, student-athletes and staff for the festivities. They also attended the Rogers State men's soccer match against Fort Hays State, which featured homecoming during halftime.
