OWASSO, Okla. – Hillcat men's golf finished the 11th Annual Hillcat Classic at the par-72 Bailey Golf Club with a season-best third-place finish on a windy Tuesday afternoon.
RSU finished with a team total of 878 (+14) after three rounds of competition. In the final round, the Cats shot a 297 (+9). Southwest Oklahoma State claimed the team title with a score of 861 (-3), followed by Northwestern Oklahoma State at 872 (+8) in second place.
Individually for Rogers State, senior
Aiden Deng led the way with a season-best tie for sixth place, finishing with a three-round total of 218 (+2). The Peterborough, Ontario, native shot even par in the third round, which included four birdies, allowing him to jump seven spots.
Sophomore
Miguel Mora finished tied for 14th with a final card of 226 (+6). Junior
Dylan Ros tied for 16th with a score of 224 (+8). Senior
Tyler Collier concluded his final Hillcat Classic with a tie for 23rd after a strong final round score of 73 (+1), finishing with a total of 226 (+10).
Sophomore
Callum Brown (+11) and freshman
Kobsak Phisitbuntoon (+15) rounded out the finishers.
The Hillcats will return to action March 23-24 at the 2026 Arkansas Collegiate at Mystic Creek Golf Club in El Dorado, Arkansas.
