PITTSBURG, Kan. – Rogers State men's golf opened the Tommy Riggs Collegiate Invitational tied for 11
th after two rounds at the par-72 Crestwood CC.
The Hillcats finished the day with a two-round total of 629 (+53). Central Oklahoma leads the team race with a tally of (+21). Still in the mix are Washburn (+25) in second and Central Missouri (+26) in third.
Kobsak Phisitbuntoon led the Hillcats on the first day of competition in a tie for 31st, posting a two-round total of 155 (+11). The freshman shot 76 in the first round and 79 in the second, finishing the day with six birdies.
Senior
Tyler Collier, who collected an eagle on hole 17 in the first round, collected a two-round total of 156 (+12) to finish the day in a tie for 37
th. Sophomore
Miguel Mora (+15) is tied for 56
th, senior
Aiden Deng (+19) is tied for 75
th and sophomore
Callum Brown (+21) is tied for 82
nd.
