CLAREMORE, Okla. – Second-year head coach Jake Simpson has announced the 2026 men's soccer schedule.
 
The Hillcats will compete in an 18-match regular season schedule that includes six non-conference games and 12 GAC/MIAA contests. Ten matches will take place at Soldier Field, including two neutral-site games: Southern Nazarene facing Maryville on Aug. 27 at 5 p.m., followed by Southern Nazarene against McKendree on Aug. 29 at noon.

The non-conference schedule will feature six matches, beginning with a pair of clashes at Soldier Field against McKendree on Aug. 27 at 7:30 p.m. and Maryville on Aug. 29 at 2:30 p.m. Additional non-conference home games feature contests against in-state foe Oklahoma Christian (9/9) and St. Mary's (9/12).
 
The Hillcats will hit the road in non-conference play against Rockhurst (9/2) in Kansas City, Missouri, and UT Tyler (9/5) in Tyler, Texas.

The 2025 GAC/MIAA Regular Season and Tournament runners-up will begin league play in Kansas, facing off against Fort Hays State (9/17) and Newman (9/19). Other conference road games will include clashes against Ouachita Baptist (10/3) and Southern Nazarene (10/8), along with tests against Northeastern State (10/24) and Harding (10/29).

The home conference slate will kick off on Sept. 26 against rival Northeastern State at 7:00 p.m., followed by a game against Harding on Oct. 1 at 7:00 p.m. RSU will also host Fort Hays on homecoming weekend (10/10), Newman (10/15) and Southern Nazarene (10/22). League play at home will conclude on Senior Day & Alumni Day on Halloween against Ouachita Baptist at 1:00 p.m.

The 2026 GAC/MIAA Tournament is set for Nov. 6-8. Times, locations and matchups will be determined by regular season results.
 
NCAA Tournament play will begin Nov. 13-15 with the first and second rounds hosted by the top four seeds. The third round and quarterfinals are scheduled for Nov. 20-22 (highest seed hosts), while the semifinals and championship game will take place Dec. 3-5 in Kansas City, Missouri.
