About: Spicer returns for his final season at RSU following a standout junior campaign. He averaged 13 points and four rebounds while leading the Hillcats to a conference championship and No. 1 national ranking in 2008-09. The Dallas native earned second team all-conference and honorable mention All-America honors. He was also named MVP of the SAC Tournament after leading the Cats to the title with 53 points in three games. Spicer set a school single-game record with 32 points against OCU on 2/21/09. He ranked 12th in the NAIA in field goal percentage at 60-percent. Spicer averaged 11 points and five rebounds per game for the Hillcats as a sophomore in 2007-08. He spent two years at Oral Roberts before transferring to Rogers State.

Williams on Spicer: “We know what Spice brings to the table offensively. However, he has yet to un-tap all of his abilities. We expect him to impact our team more on both ends of the floor this year and if he does that he will have a chance to be player of the year in our conference.
