About: Kaderka joins the Hillcats from Western Oklahoma State where she spent the 2014 season playing for Head Coach Mike McBrayer. The Keller, Texas native went 11-8 in the circle for the Pioneers pitching 183.1 innings and 21 complete games for a 3.55 earned run average. She earned one save while striking out 103 batters compared to only 47 walks. Kaderka also made 144 plate appearances posting a .375 batting average and a .610 slugging percentage with nine home runs and 44 RBI. The daughter of Rodney and Kim Kaderka, she said she chose RSU "to play softball."
