CLAREMORE, Okla. – Rogers State Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics
Dr. Chris Ratcliff announced the hiring of
Justin Noble as the new Assistant Athletic Director for External Operations.

"As a former student-athlete and alumnus, Justin's passion for Rogers State and Hillcat Athletics was extremely evident in talking with him through out this process. I can't wait to see how he furthers our marketing and community engagement efforts in his time here."

Noble will oversee all marketing and community engagement efforts for the Hillcats.

Noble returns to RSU after serving as a graduate assistant for sports information at Iowa Wesleyan University. His responsibilities included managing statistics for each of the Tigers 16 sports, writing event recaps and press releases, managing the Tigers social media, game day operations, creating graphics, taking pictures and videos, NCAA compliance management for Iowa Wesleyan and maintaining the athletic website. He also oversaw a team of student workers that helped with game day operations.

Prior to Iowa Wesleyan, Noble worked as an sports information intern at Rogers State University. He assisted with statistics, writing event recaps and game notes, taking pictures and videos, making graphics, and managing the athletic social media pages.

A native of Wichita, Kan., Noble graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Rogers State University. While earning his Bachelor's, he was also a part of the cross country and track teams. Noble earned a Master's degree in sports administration from Iowa Wesleyan in 2022.
