Biography

About: Ward redshirted while attending RSU during the 2006-07 academic year. He remained a part of the program as a manager during the 2007-08 and will return to the floor for this season. Ward is a music producer who loves to be in the studio whenever he’s not working on homework or practicing basketball and says he chose RSU “because it’s close to home.”

Williams on Ward: “We really like what Dez brings to the team. Even though he is only 5’5, he can really see the floor well. Dez is also a tough defender that will apply a lot of ball pressure on the opposing point guard.”
