Biography

About: Soto completed the 2011 season with a 2-0-1 record and a 4.63 ERA. He tossed 11.2 innings and fanned 14 batters. He signed with the Hillcats out of Western Oklahoma College. Soto was team captain of a Western squad that remained ranked No. 1 in the nation throughout the year. He admits that once the umpire says play ball a different world turns on for him and that he loves competition. Soto said he chose RSU because “I liked the program when I came and visited.”
