About: Hendricks returns for his senior campaign following a 2014 season where he started 43 of 44 games played at third base, second base, or designated hitter. The Pryor, Oklahoma native recorded a .313 batting average ranking second on the team totaling six doubles, 10 runs scored, and 15 RBI for the Cats. He posted a season-high four hits against Oklahoma Panhandle State. Hendricks joined the Hillcats from Independence Community College where he played under Head Coach Beau Schultz. He hit for a .310 batting average with 12 doubles, two triples, one home run, 22 RBI, and 14 stolen bases as a sophomore. He was named Freshman of the Year in 2012 while earning a spot on the all-conference team with the Pirates. Hendricks helped Pryor High School to the state semifinals and a conference championship in 2011 while being selected to the all-conference and all-metro teams for Head Coach Gerald Osborne. As a senior at Pryor, he hit .422 with 25 extra-base hits, 26 RBI, and 24 stolen bases. The son of Blaine and RaJeana Gage and Wade Hendricks, he said he chose RSU because "it was close to home, has great facilities, and a great group of guys. I didn't choose RSU, RSU chose me."
